It's pretty but that's where the good ends. Water pools just washing hands due to the very slow drain. Because of the popup plug you can't even insert a skinny drain stick in to clear a possible clog. The popup drain assembly makes it nearly impossible to clean underneath the plug so black "muck" forms under the plug. The only way to remedy this problem is to buy a new faucet, pay a plumber to remove and replace the faucet. Wish I could return it. Would not purchase again and definitely would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality Faucet This faucet has a good quality & price. Make sure you check your supply valve if it is 3/8” or 1/2”. This model has a 1/2” connection & the hose for hot & cold are not included in the box. You have to buy separate & if you have a 3/8” supply valve, you have to buy 2 pieces of 3/8” one end & 1/2” the other end of hose. If you have 1/2” supply valve, you have to buy 2 pieces of both 1/2” hose. The faucet looks very elegant & the height is just right, not too high.

Sleek, modern, waterfall, chrome, etc... We unpacked the first of two faucets for our double vanity (we ordered online because they weren't available at our local store), and the handle was completely detached from the rest of the faucet and the interior plastic parts were visible fractured. The second faucet looked okay so we installed it only to find that this handle was also broken and could in no way function. My husband spent a total of 90 minutes on hold with Pfister with no customer service response whatsoever. He then emailed the company and got an automated reply that someone would eventually get in touch. Well, we took the faulty faucets back to Home Depot and purchased a beautiful pair of Delta faucets that WERE NOT BROKEN, met my design standards, and installed easily. We will NOT be purchasing Pfister products in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful addition to our bath rooms We saw this faucet in the store, went home and looked around at others online and ordered three for in store pick up. The items were ready and after a few other items were gathered for purchase, Shark Bite quarter turn valves (love these valves) and Brass Craft faucet connectors. Installation was relatively straight forward. However, take extreme care when moving the hot/cold water lines. They are crimped for some reason and may be slightly cracked as in our case. HD returned them without question but the time involved cuts into other repairs.

Because the plastic drain pipe included for the “push and seal innovation” doesn’t work with a porcelain sink. We had to pay an extra $57 for the metal one as we didn’t want to go through the huge job of removing the sink (which was already siliconed and caulked to the counter) otherwise I would’ve returned the whole faucet seeing it was such a big added expense. Not happy and wish there was something the company could do to help me as it wasn’t an extra expense that was easy for me 😥

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the design and look of this faucet. We have... Love the design and look of this faucet. We have hard water and it spots easily which I expected. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we were unable to install this in our pedestal sink so we had to purchase a vanity which was unexpected. Also, since it's low flow, don't expect much pressure. Water splashes right on the drain (which I read in other comments). Overall, I'd recommend it.

Terrible product.The semi positive is that while it does show water spots badly, they can be wiped off after they have dried fairly easily. The truly horrible is that they have no aerator because of the design, i guess; and therefore when water flow is restricted because of water impurities, instead of 30 seconds cleaning the aerator from the end of the nozzle on top, someone has to climb under the sink and disassemble the water connections, clean an internal filter, and reassemble the connection without causing any damage (this means you should call a plumber $$$). The customer service at Pfister seemed evasive and was truly of negligible help, except to verify everything I stated above. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, or for that matter, anything from Pfister again.

How do I stop the leak?

I have a small leak from somewhere near the rubber gasket J2, the nut J3 and the sink drain. Tried varying degrees of tightening the the nut but still water is escaping.
