Do these bulbs work well with dimmer switches? Looking for bulbs that won’t hum when turned down to the lower level. Also, are they clear or frosted? They look frosted in the picture but the description says they are clear.

There's no hum as they are incandescent and they are frosted but they do have clear ones. I have dozens around my house, gives a nice retro vibe...all are on dimmers.
