Rated 1 out of 5 by from OK with Exceptions I want to start with the actual product application: I bought about 15 of these bulbs to use for my track lighting system in the living room. 1) One thing I noticed right away (which may not be applicable to everyone, but it definitely made my experience significantly worse) is that this bulb is actually 3-4mm longer than a non-smart one (I compared both together). My track lighting had a case designed to size with a standard GU10 bulb, hence this did not fit and I couldn't put a seal (cover) for the track. 2) These bulbs are not dimmable with a regular switch (they blink intermittently), only via smartphone control. In my case, it added more problems since I had to replace my main wall dimmer switch. 3) Not sure why, but they tend to glitch from time to time. I would wake up in the middle of the night to realize 3-4 bulbs out of 15 are on with various lights (red, green, etc). I do not have any presets or schedules or anything. I examined the app in & out, couldn't find the issue. The only way to solve this is to turn lights off with a physical switch (not from a smartphone), which defeats the purpose of smart bulbs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wiz bulbs are great, but there’s a downside. These Wiz bulbs are even better than Philips Hue. The Wiz app is excellent. But they have one major downside - they “talk” directly to your WI-FI router. This can really affect your network speed, as each bulb will be sucking up a little bit of precious bandwidth. Don’t install too many of these.

Purchased 2 packs of 3 bulbs.  5 out of the six worked as they are supposed to.  The other one does show up when you try to program it but won’t fully connect I tried everything that the help desk wanted  to test it and their only belief is that it’s my wifi.  All 6 are in the same fixture.   I asked them to replace the bulb under warranty, their response was take them back to Home Depot.   So don’t expect any real tech support or warranty.

I have numerous Meross smart bulbs, Geeni switches (indoor and outdoor), and Hue lights - all of which are connected to my wireless network. These just would not connect. You get what you pay for and I am returning these to the store. What a waste of my time.
