When I ordered this online, it didn’t tell me how many packages it would come in, so I received 1 box and it only had 4 pieces in it...the other 2 boxes came later. Overall I’m really happy with it, the only downfall I’d the heater fan is pretty noisy.

It says will heat 1000 square feet but on the box it says 400 square feet? How is it for heating? I am looking to put it in the basement.

400 is more accurate.  It is not a powerful heater.

what is the height, depth and width of the shelf above the fireplace insert?

Hi From floor to top or shelf - 21 1/4 inches Opening is 23 1/4 inches wide by 6 3/4 inches Shelf is a little wider than opening at 25 1/2 inches Shelf is 14 1/8 inches deep Hope this helps
