I saw the stool assembled and on display in another store and chose to buy it online from Home Depot because the price was more competitive. We bought 2 stools. They shipped promptly but when opened each stool was defective. The cushion on one of the stools was warped due to poor packaging and it was clear it would never reshape to where it was flat and not warped. On the other stool the metal backrest had a sharp burr that would have easily cut someone. The chairs are beautiful and I'm sure not all are damaged but we ordered 2 and both had defects. We did not bother to repurchase. Very disappointed. Home Depot processed the return with no push back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice Stool Saw these at a furniture store for half-again as much money, so I went looking and found them at homedepot.com. Assembly was easy. All the "slots and tabs" were aligned. The quality of the material was great. The only complaint was that one of the stools (I purchased 2) was slightly out of balance and there was no way to adjust it. We have used the them now for about 1 month and have no complaints.

When deciding on a bar stool the seat height must be known to ensure it fits with the end use requirements. Please identify seat height on all bar stools to assist in purchase decisions.
