Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good My son in law bought this snowblower and you get what you pay for ,the chute doesn't turn to good, plus it doesn't have a throttle control

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad quality and design Bought it 2 days ago during black Friday week. Read manual and assembled everything properly. Engine surges and then stops every time after starting for a few seconds. Called customer support, was told this is common issue and even for brand new ones. Carburetor clean is required. However, the design of the thing makes it very complex to disamble the carburetor. Will have to return to store, with a lot of effort for sure. Not recommended at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from poor design after assembling this snowblower I realized that the skid shoes had no adjustment and the scraper plate was sitting on the ground. Eventhough the skid shoes have slotted holes the bolts are at the top and therefore there is no adjustment. This means that the scraper plate will wear and have to be replaced. I called the manufacturer and was told this was a "design flaw" and I would have to purchase scraper plates when they wear out. The photo shows the feet bolts in the middle well that is not the case. Poor customer support

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heureuse de mon achat Très facile pour assembler. Fonctionne très bien même avec des grosses tombées de neige. Mon stationnement est en gravier donc parfois un défi pour avancer étant donné que le sol n'est pas droit. Mais je suis satisfaite de mon achat

Does this come assembled and ready to go? Do I need to buy Oil and Stabilizer? What octane gas works best?

Asked by: Newb
Hello, and thank you for your question about the PowerSmart 24" snow blower. The handles and chute will need to be assembled after you open the box. Everything else is already done. It should take 15-20 for assembly. Oil is included. Fuel stabilizer should be used if you are not using all of the gas each time you use the snow blower. Stabilizer should also be added to your gas can if it sits for more than a few weeks.

How to adjust its chute? Its too tight and gets stuck

Asked by: Buyer
Hello, and thank you for your question about the PowerSmart 24" snow blower. If you remove the cap above the chute (where the rod connects), you can add grease and it will operate more smoothly.

I've assembled 2 of these and followed instructions carefully. The one I own the chute does NOT sit straight upward. It has a forward tilt. I do not see any damage anywhere. Anyone else had this issue? A new chute coming and will update later.

Asked by: Jon Bob Wilkie
I had no problem with the chute tilting. I did have a problem with it swiveling. I added gear grease to the housing and it worked like a charm.
