My husband wears size 12 and can only get one shoe in each cubby. A pair of My son’s size 4 high tops won’t fit in one cubby. Other than this, it looks great,it’s sturdy and is exactly what we needed to keep our shoes organized.

Are the shoe holes sturdy enough to hold wine bottles?

The cubbies are made of interlocking MDF panels which slide into the opening and are not secured to the top, bottom or sides. We have not tested it with wine bottles, so we cannot recommend that use. However it will likely be OK in the center of the cabinet. I wouldn't use the outermost vertical columns. Please contact Prepac directly if you have additional questions.
