I fixed this with some epoxy, and applied the same to all the other screw holes too as they regularly were coming loose. overall look and feel is fine otherwise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good wall storage Shelf is solidly built and looks good. It's particle board but the finish is very good, and the instructions for assembly are relatively easy to follow. All the hardware is supplied except screws to mount it to the wall. It's hung on the wall using a french cleat, so you install the cleat on the wall and then put the shelf onto it. That means you don't have to hold the entire shelf up while putting screws into the wall.

Only issue was that the holes that were predrilled for the hooks, when used, made the hooks crooked. Had to buy different hooks to cover up the badly drilled holes
