Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s ok I guess Bough a year ago and it worked well for the first couple jobs. Could make cuts 1/4 away from the edge of tile. after a while the alignment is about 1/8 off due to the design of the 2 carrying poles. It’s a pain in the but to have to tilt every tile just to get it to cut straight. But I dose do a clean cut

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk! Piece of junk! Bought it this morning and will be bringing it back asap! The paint was scuffed so someone must have returned it and it got sold again as new! Doesn’t break clean, scores nicely but won’t snap the tiles along the lines for anything! Wasting tile and time with this junker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good on porcelain tiles. This Tile cutter is no good. Tried cutting porcelain tiles with this and It rearly does a good cut and leaves a bit of tile at the end that does not cut straight through. You'll just waste your money if you need to cut porcelain tiles with this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from bonne qualité instruction simple fairly easy to use except for the "guide" that seems to be in the way more than anything else... when cutting on the long edge (24") one of the corner tend to break diagonally :( not sur wht\y...or is it because the span is too long!?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice cuter for the price I did the floor for my bathroom and it was really useful. It save me a lot of time cutting 24X24 tiles. You can do a really nice cut with ease.

What is the difference between QEP 24inches slimline and wishbone tile cutters. Which one is better.?

Asked by: Farooq
Thanks you for your inquiry. Both cutters are great units & will cut up to 24” Tiles. The Wishbone has a different style handle & the base is a bit bigger. The SLIMLINE cutter's benefit is it's portability due to it's over all size.

Is this cutter good for glass subway tiles and mosaic tiles that have a mix of tiles, stone and glass ? Need to do my backspkash Thank you

Asked by: Nadia
No, this cutter is designed to cut most ceramic and porcelain tiles. Based on what you've described, we recommend our QEP 700XT Wet Tile Saw, model # 22700Q, for your application. This wet saw will cut ceramic, marble, stone, travertine, and porcelain. Use the QEP Continuous Rim Glass Series 7" blade, model #6-7006GLQ, for wet cutting of glass tile.

Would anyone know if this would work with true grout luxury vinyl flooring ?

Asked by: Aauari
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately the 24" Slimline Cutter will only cut Tiles & is not appropriate for cutting Vinyl Flooring.

Will this work with a 3D wave pattern tile (e.g. https://habitusoutlet.com/product/dune-white-matte-3d/) and in both directions (i.e. across and parallel to waves)?

Asked by: Howard
Thank you for your inquiry. It would best to use a Wet Tile Saw. Do to the waves in the pattern a manual cutter may not be able to score the tile properly.
