Peak RailBlazers Aluminum Railing system is designed with an emphasis on style, durability and quality. Our railing is engineered to be safe, DIY-friendly and is surprisingly easy to install. Finished in Black or White with long-lasting, low-maintenance powder coat protection. Customize your railing system with standard or wide aluminum pickets, full-width or 6-inch glass panels and more. Use our Railing Designer (designer.peakproducts.com) to quickly design your railing and obtain your priced parts list. The Mid/End/Stair Fascia Mount Bracket connects mid posts, end posts, and stair posts to the front fascia of the deck. Use this bracket to maximize your deck space or to avoid punctures on the top surface of your deck. The strong faceplate hides the hardware when installed resulting in a clean and professional look. All hardware included.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product! We really like this system. Allows for full deck surface to be enjoyed. Also good for shoveling snow off in winter as it leaves a gap. Also works with the Hoft Solutions privacy panel posts as the mounting plates are the same hole pattern. Overall super happy with this and my parents are now thinking of using the same system for their deck. The lag bolts that come with this are almost 2 inches to long though.

I plan to install the fascia mount brackets for your rail system. I have a 3/4" overhang on my deck. Will I need to cut the overhang back where the fascia mount bracket mounts to the fascia?

We are installing the 6 in glass panels on my front porch and would like to add a railing on each side of the stairs, with panels. Can the glass panels be cut in an angle? Thx

I am planning on installing the large glass panels. we get full sun all afternoon on our back deck. I have been told by someone that it will make my deck like a fishbowl and make it even hotter than when we had traditional railings. Has anyone experienced

Hi Valerie, great question! There will be some thermal effect due to the glass, but if your deck isn't completely closed in this shouldn't make any significant difference. You can leave spaces up to 100mm between the glass panel and the post to allow for some airflow as well. Thanks again Valerie!

I made my 4 by 4 support posts as my railing supports. will this kit work with wood supports?

Hi Ben87, thanks for your question. You can attach the hand & base rails (sold separately) to existing wooden posts using the wall mount brackets (also sold separately). We suggest using our railing designer on the Home Depot website to create your railing design, or contacting our customer service department at 877-883-7325 for assistance determining which components you need for your project.
