Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy We bought this tub faucet for our bathroom reno because it was the look we wanted. After it was installed by our contractor, it leaked from our top floor through to the basement, causing $2000 worth of damage. We waited two weeks for an exchange tap; it also leaked. There is zero customer service from Rainlex. When contacted, their response was “sorry”. They get one star because you can’t give no stars.
