The Aegean gas fire table is a welcome addition to most outdoor living spaces. Adding warmth and a relaxing ambience for any occasion. Available in mist gray or weathered slate and in multiple sizes, the steel table is finished with powered-coated paint for added weather resistance. The Aegean comes complete with a steel lid for increased functionality, red lava rock, a polyester protective cover, and can be converted to Natural gas by a Certified Gas Technician with the conversion kit that is included with the table. Enhance the look of your table with optional accessories like a propane tank cover, gas hose cover, and Real Flame fire glass.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good choice High quality and looks great on our patio. The dark grey colour was much lighter than expected, but we have gotten used to it, and the matte finish is nice. The steel is very sturdy (you would have to work to dent it, but still light enough to move if needed). As compared to the cheaper fire pit this replaced, there is no contest- it lights immediately, there is no annoying sound, the flame can be adjusted very low. The only real improvement would be if the rocks cover stopped rain getting in, or if they included better stones. We will upgrade the lava rocks soon, as they cheapen the look.

Can this be used on a wooden deck?

No, this cannot be placed on anything combustible such as a wooden deck but you may place down thin pavers or tiles down the footprint of the firepit and place the table on that.

Is the room for the propane tank to be embedded underneath the table? or must it sit outside the actual firepit.

The height of this fireplace is not meant to accommodate the tank underneath the unit. Optional accessories like a propane tank cover (T0025-WSLT) and gas hose cover (R0001-BK) are available and sold separately.

We have a Natural Gas pipe with a disconnect which we plug in our NG barbecue each time we use it.  Can we simply plug in this fire pit to our NG pipe same as our barbecue?  Above Notes state that certified NG technician needs to complete the connection.
