Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as shown This is a really nice cord, don't get me wrong but it is not the cord that is shown in the photo. When my cord arrived it appeared to be a custom made and while of good quality the male plug gives me problems when I plug it into my generator. All the stars I gave to this cord were for the quality of materials used to make it, the two lost stars were for the fact that I will need to modify this cord to use it with my generator more easily. I would like to note that I ordered this cord during the second weather related blackout that left more than half the people in Connecticut without power so I would imagine that the manufacturer was probably doing whatever they had to so that they could fill orders during a time of heavy demand. If I was to buy this again, I would purchase it in the store so I could see what i was buying and if there were any interference issues.

The generator cord showed up when specified in the order for in store pickup. The generator cord matched the online description and seemed to be made of good quality materials. Have not actually used the cord yet other than to test the ends and plug into my generator and to the L14 receptacle box installed on the house to make the fit was good.
