Rated 4 out of 5 by Kate v from Good mirror with bright light. Great lit mirror. Works well for equal illumination of my face when applying make up. Fairly wide range of light strength using the dimmer function. Only drawback is the power button location. I would have preferred it tucked further out of the main mirror section, and not being so bright. For future purchasers, you do not need a wall switch unless you want to be able to turn off the blue power sensor on the mirror itself. This has been handy at night when the blue light lights up the entire bathroom though. Worth the price. I would buy this again.

The light source is nothing more then flexible led light cables, not even directed outwards. There is no reflective surfaces to redirect usable light either, so most of it never efficiently leaves the interior of cabinet. Over priced for what your getting. But in the end it's a novelty item and serves it's purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PORTIFINO 31.5 IN. X 23.5 IN. HARDWIRED LED ILLUMINATED BACKLIT MIRROR We are very happy with this mirror. My granddaughter loves it. We put it in her bedroom now she is the talk of the town having a special mirror in her bedroom. All of her friends are jealous because they want one also. This is a great product it was very easy to install and is very stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed for a variety of reasons. They recommend professional installation but I will say, only consider this for a total redo of the bathroom since your current wiring location likely won't work. The incoming power line MUST exit the wall in the center of the mirror. Dumb idea. So if you have a standard set up now (with the lighting over the mirror) the wiring will need to move about a couple of feet lower and you would have to fix the hole in the wall at the old wiring location. They attach a pigtail to the lighting works inside the mirror but there isn't space to run it between the mirror and the wall. Perhaps they think you will have an electrical box in the ideal place? I am not a novice but I gave up and changed to a more conventional type lighting. If you decide to go with this anyway, be sure your contractor sees it and figures out a plan BEFORE while the walls are still open. All of this is dumb enough but they packed the most useless instructions I have ever seen. Three pictograms that are absolutely useless. I was hoping for a stylish light that could be like a make-up type mirror. Nope, harsh light and not effective for that. Just a bad idea that isn't worth the hassle of trying to get it mounted and wired. In the Q&A section someone says you can mount it sideways. I wouldn't do that. Inside the case you can see how the mirror is supported to the mounting via a cleat. Put it on its side and the main support for the glass mirror isn't there anymore.
