The RESCUE! Non-Toxic Disposable Fly Trap is baited for hundreds of fly species which are most common in agricultural areas including house flies, false stable flies, blow flies, blue and green bottle flies, flesh flies, face flies and many others. The RESCUE! Fly Trap contains a fast-acting fly attractant that starts working as soon as you add water. Food and feed additives are combined with other dried ingredients to make the RESCUE! attractant. Lured by the scent, flies enter through the top cap and drown in the water. Once lured inside the trap, the flies cannot escape and drown in the water added to the bag. The RESCUE! Fly Trap is intended for use outdoors. It will help control the fly population outside before it ever becomes a nuisance inside. The RESCUE! Fly Trap can be used whenever hot, humid conditions or the presence of animals or garbage causes an outdoor fly problem.

With the warmer weather, earlier, the wasps were in their glory for we have never seen so many as we have this year! Our question has been “ where do they all come from?” As only a few wasps seem to be flitting around any given flower bed area in the garden. With these traps, they actually came, immediately, in swarms to the trap and headed inside of it! Yes, Flys enter as well. Many thanks to the producers of these traps and to Home Depot for selling them.

We hang these on a shepherd hook in the garden near the place our dogs pee - farthest away from where we sit. Sometimes it takes a day to attract flies but this summer in the hot weather it had flies trapped in it within 2 hours. It stinks - the reason flies love it - so locate far from where you sit. I have tried other fly traps and this is the only one that works. I have been buying them for summers now.

I have a fly infestation in the backyard and I bought 6 of these and within 30 minutes they were all filling up crazy fast! Honestly the smell is more sweet to me than horrible but maybe I just have a weird nose. I had tried multiple other things prior to putting these traps up and they all don't even compare to how well these work. You definitely get your moneys worth!!

I'm on day 3 and every day it keeps working. Supposedly works for 30 days, let's see. Only down fall is that flies can smell up to 7km so you will be attracting much more flies that just the ones around your house. Still I love this product, I'll be trying the wasp one next

It leaked all over my bathroom and I tried to tape it up (the solution is very smelly) so my hands smelled really bad. It still continued to leak! It is making a huge mess outside and attracting lots of flies all around where the water is leaking!!!! Major fail!

The odour was so strong neighbours started blaming other neighbours’ about what they were composting. It was so full of flies it was overflowing and the fly population exploded. I got rid of the trap and flies are gone. Neighbours stopped blaming each other. I remained silent!!

They were landing and pooping all over the kids toys. Purchased one bag and hung it on the fence behind garden shed and the flys were gone away from our deck and the kids toys. The bag is super full. We are supper happy.

Why can I not use this indoors? Would be it be safe sh9rt-term, like for a few days to get a fly problem under control? It sounds like it would really work. Thank you!

I have used these for years. Using indoors would smell like 100 cows pooped in your house. The smell is very very very strong...which is what attracks the flies.

Does this work on Black Flys as well as larger flys?

The Canadian Non-Toxic Fly Trap will not catch insects that require a blood source, including mosquitoes, deer flies and black flies.
