Rated 1 out of 5 by from dissapointing I bought these for the laundry room cabinets I am making. The sliding mechanism works great and it extends the full drawer. I am not impressed by this product I didn't even want to give it one star. Although it slides well the plastic At the rear of the slide I can't see it lasting long. I believe it is the mechanism to create the soft close and to keep the drawer in. Actually when I was putting in my slide I noticed there was a little piece that broke off. I think it's the tab that holds the spring forward I noticed that the other one was pulled forward and was working properly. Now I have one drawer that doesn't want to hold back in the closed position. Next ones I buy won't be there soft close very disappointed in this product. Wanted to return them but I don't think they would except them

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It works but... Lined it up and installed as prescribed in instructions sheet. Fits well in the standard 1/2" gap on each side of drawer. After testing it, found it requires abit of a tug to open the drawer and a bit of effort to push it to soft close. And with that it still makes some noise eg, utensils in drawer rattling. My intention was to eliminate or reduce the noise and vibrations produced by the old slides, but now this trade-off of requiring some effort to open and close makes me want to go with something else. I'll test run It for now and see if we'll get use to it....

Used these in a new custom kitchen, bought 9 sets 2 slides from different sets had broken clips for the soft close so now i have 1 drawer that doesnt have soft close. Installed exactly to the drawings but slides are tight and take a lot of effort to push in. Need to get a lot of momentum going to actually make the soft close feature work. wish i bought the undermount slides

Rated 1 out of 5 by from High Price, Terrible Quality Same as others, I've found the soft close mechanism is terrible. It's made of plastic and after one week of use one of four sets I bought broke. Not only that but they are wildly inconsistent, some require very little force to engage the soft close and others need to be slammed shut. I didn't read the reviews before buying and I'm very disappointed I didn't and trusted Richelieu. You're better off buying discount sliders elsewhere, they are the same quality and you're getting nothing for the high price point.

Not worth the money and the soft close shatters quite quickly or the drawer needs to be slammed closed. Purchase quality slides from Lee Valley for around the same money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drawer slide failure I pot this 7 months ago for a pots and pans drawer. Well under the weight capacity. It did work well and smoothly till the one slide failed completely. At that price, I expected better longevity. Might as well go back to the cheap set that drawer originally came with....lasted just as long for a fraction of the price. No I do not recommend this product.

what is the screw size and length that comes with the slides? Mine didn't come with any and I'd like to pick up ones that are recommended

I don’t know what came with it…Depends on the thickness of your cabinet panels, but you would probably be fine with any 5/8” or 1/2” euro screw.

What is the actual travel for a 12" slide?

my cabinet is 23" x 13 3/4" and my drawer is 19 1/2" x 12 3/4" which leaves a 1/2" gap either side between drawer and frameless cabinet.What space is needed to mount these slides? Also what length slide should I use?

How do you determine what length of soft drawer closer you need?

To determine the length of slide needed for your cabinet, measure the interior depth and select the next size down. Please keep in mind that this particular slide is designed for frameless cabinets.
