How do I line this spacer up with the drawer slides accurately?

There is no exact way of doing this however the easiest is to determine where the spacers need to go based on the length of the slide. Then install the spacer on the gable runner of the slide, the other part is known as the drawer runner and then when you install the gable side of the slide and the spacer you can then, using a level make sure it is correct before securring the spacer to the side of your cabinet.
