Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable Quality This saw is light, powerful and cordless. It makes my tasks easier. I bought it for a reasonable price. The item went on sale a few days after my purchase, and Home Depot credited the difference to my account (after I asked them). Can’t beat that.

First I order strapping and the employee give me all the scraps piece when I specifically order the amount of I pack. 1x3 pack of 12. 1x2 pack of 16. For the saw the employee give me a left hand saw that I can’t safely used. If we order on line and we keep getting all the stuff that peoples through away in the store.

I'm glad i went for the 6.5'' size as it is perfect for home use and DIY projects. easier to manipulate and handle. plenty of power with the 4 Ah Battery (did not yet try 2 Ah battery).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features (light, easy to use and powerful) I've had this saw for a number of years, before brushless motors, before Ridgid had a 7-1/4" saw. I had batteries (2 AH) I believe from my purchase of the Ridgid drill and impact drive kit. Unless I was very careful and slow, the saw would stop when cross cutting a 2x4. It also used up the battery after a few cuts. I was very disappointed, but somehow kept the saw. Recently I bought the 1/2" drive impact driver which came with a 4 AH battery. This battery increased the power so much that I could push the saw through a 2x4 and it would not even show any signs of stalling. My reasoning is that the batteries have electronic circuits to protect them and pulling too much amperage through the smaller battery causes overheating and the safeties shut down the battery. All Ridgid batteries may fit, but a tool like this that requires power, needs the bigger battery. You have now been warned. With this battery the saw should get a 5 star rating, but as Ridgid nor Home Depot acknowledges this and as they say all batteries work, I took away a star.

Bonjour frankiefou, Cette scie circulaire RIDGID a un boulon à clé Alan qui maintient la lame sur l’outil. Pour retirer et enfoncer la lame, vous prendrez la touche Alan incluse et maintiendrez le verrou de rotation en même temps. Ce faisant, le boulon sera relâché et vous pourrez retirer la lame.
