The speed switch on top isn’t changing speeds seems to be high in both positions. Why?

I have no idea - -mine works fine - -I would suggest you contact the factory or the store where you purchased. I use high & low quite a bit -so I would certainly want it to function properly. Wayne

Why the battery drained so quick if I attach it to the drill?

I'm not sure - -I get a lot of usage with each charge. When the red light blinks I connect the battery to the charger & wait until I get the green light then slide the battery on to the drill & off I go. Make sure you secure the battery to the charger -- I believe it should click - -you should either feel or hear the click. Wayne

I bought this set yesterday.  When opening and looking at all parts, I am missing the chuck jaws.  Is this something that has to be purchased separately?  In overview of manual, it seems it should have been in the kit. Advise please.
