The RIDGID Trim Router is a must-have for any woodworking projects. With 5.5 amp, permanent magnet motor that gives you extra power in a compact size, this trim router also feature a gradual Soft-Start technology that allows a gradual start-up and therefore extended motor life. Along with the LED light that can improve visibility on working area, this trim router is also loaded with a variable speed for easy speed adjustment depending on the material application, clear round and square bases for added versatility and convenience, and a quick release lever that allows for easy removal of motor housing from base. Backed by Lifetime Service Agreement (with registration): 3-years limited warranty.

When I bought my router, (same model as yours) it came with a manual that tells you. Anyway, you will need the model # and serial # to proceed. You can then go to www.RIDGID.com or call 1-866-539-1710 for the closest authorized service center nearest you.
