None of the Home Depot stores in the Ottawa area had any in stock except for one. I drove a considerable distance to the store and purchased the compressor. When I got home and opened the package I was surprised to see the box full of sawdust and the compressor holding 50 pounds of pressure. Obviously I had paid full price for a used and returned compressor. Because it was the only one available in the city, I kept it. I wasn’t impressed with Home Depot selling a used item as new.

When grabbing it to use the 4th time I found the hose had split at the fitting. You can waste your money on something like this that is made cheaply or you can spend a few extra bucks and get quality.

Wrecked the material I'm nailing with lots of little air holes, but I end up taking about 20 shots for every nail that actually comes out. I'm sure there's a way to fix this by calling customer support, etc... but seriously, this thing is brand new.

I am very disappointed about the quality of this product. The drain valve leaks when the compressor gauge goes above 50 psi so it is not designed for 150 pressure.

The compressor can fire about 35-45 1 1/2” nail at about 100 psi output before the motor kicks on. Compressor is not too loud but can’t talk over it in the same room when it is running for 30-60s. Overall the perfect starter combo for carpenters

I bought this product in February 2024 (5 months ago) and have used it a half dozen times for light duty applications. I store the compressor with the drain valve in the open position, and have lately noticed rust colored water coming from the valve?

Is these Compressor Quite? Can I used this on my garage to for removing tires?

It's not specifically designed to be "quiet." But the noise is manageable. It's mostly designed for use with a nail gun. You certainly can use it to change tires, but it will just be refilling a lot. If it's one or two times a year, that's fine. But it's not an industrial compressor. I use mine with a blow gun to dust off wood projects and it refills often.

My unit does not maintain an outlet pressure under 90 psi. If I set the outlet pressure to 50 PSI, it will slowly go down to 0 PSI after a couple shots. However, the outlet maintain the pressure if set above 90PSI. Is my unit broken?
