Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Basement Fan We have a 1000 ft area in the basement - half crawl space and half cement floor. Have had this fan running full time for 7 weeks now. The handle is makes rolling it around to a new location easy. The noise is barely noticeable on the first floor. We found that it can create water on the floor in very humid weather and have added a de-humidifier.

Is this blower good to speed up the drying of plaster on new drywall

All reviews and comments are for drying carpets & floor - I would like to know if I can use this "Air Mover" to actually move air from inside to outside by placing it by a window - and to move dust outside while sanding drywall?

Hello Peter, Thank you for your inquiry about our products. The air mover doesn't have a proper intake port for dust or drywall dust to blow out the dust you are making while sanding. However, yes it can move air from the inside to outside by pointing the blower port.
