It is meant for the removal of that size nut in hard to reach areas (under a sink for example).

Will this work on my pfister kitchen faucet?

Asked by: Jon
Well...there are lots of variables. For example: is there enough space between your sink and the wall for this tool and your hand to fit? Occasionally there is NOT enough room and you have to use a traditional basin wrench. For example: depending on the model, your Pfister faucet may have the modern "standard" faucet-fastening nuts (which this tool is usually great with), or a much larger nut or much smaller nut that this tool is not designed to handle. (Note: VERY unusual to run across a non-standard nut. I'd wager about 2 in 100 are non-standard, usually on faucets > 40 years old.) Again: the traditional basin wrench is the alternative. AS a plumber I estimate that this tool works on probably 19 out of 20 sinks and it makes the work MUCH easier AND faster than using a basin wrench.
