I’m trying to get an overgrown space in tiptop DIY garden shape and used this product to kill weeds. I really loved the spray applicator and thought this round up would do better than the round up advanced vinegar solution I tried last year (which also sucks). The sprayer was super easy to use however I had zero weeds die. They are still green and thriving. I sprayed on a sunny day with little wind and even walked through my garden and on my lawn in some spots- didn’t even kill any of my grass. I waited 48 hours hoping to see results and nothing, so as the label says i have waited two weeks and had absolutely no progress. This product is clearly way to diluted to have an affect.

This version (The units are displayed differently so it is difficult to compare the concentration) does nothing. Have emailed Monsanto. Complete waste of money.

I bought this product based on my previous experience with Roundup and expecting the same devastating and efficient elimination of households weeds that I'd experienced before. Roundup has typically been the proletariat's answer to a vegetation killer closely resembling Agent Orange...!! Unable to find the concentrated version of this product since July 1st 2016 in BC I happily purchased this premixed version together with the "magic" wand. The wand is a little lame to say the least but I was able to drink my beer and spray the weeds without too much effort. The day was warm and sunny with no chance of rain for at least 3 days. Perfect for a little yard time slaughter..!! I patiently awaited for 24hrs to pass by and assumed that after that time I would be looking at brown and lifeless weeds. However, my excitement gave way to disappointment as my weeds looked just as healthy as they were just before the moment I sprayed them. In fact, not only did I spray them, but I gave then a thorough dowsing. I paid $35 for 5L of something that has let me down terribly. This product is so bad and such an incredible waste of time, money and effort that I can only assume that Monsanto's offering is some kind of sick joke. Do not waste your money on this brew. I will be searching online for something else to use on those pesky little weeds. I suggest you do the same.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dont buy This product shall never be invented, instruction says it can kill all plants, but the fact is it kills the good grass for sure, but weeds wont die. not only it burns a big block of dead zone on your grass, worse thing is after days of rain or watering, the weeds quickly grow back and dominate the space. So, its more like when you spray the weedy area on the grass, first it burns everything and then weeds win the competition of growing back. if the product can't kill weeds and protect the good grass at the same time, why such product is invented?! don't try that. my wife and i took 2 month to gain the green back after spray this, by heavy watering and HAND PICKING the weeds... it is too labour intensive work! not worth it

I applied per the instructions and was extremely disappointed to find that it had ABSOLUTELY ZERO EFFECT!! I'd be better off pouring boiling water on those areas. Complete WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work for Japanese Knotweed Japanese Knotweed, aka Quebec Bamboo, Mexican Bamboo... grows from zero to 7 feet tall over the month of May. This weed is extremely hard to kill and spreads widely. It can penetrate paved driveways, block foundations and ruin septic systems. CANADIAN ROUNDUP is USELESS against it. Do not waste your time.

In practice I applied it liberally across a number of plants, from top to bottom, giving them an even coating across the board. The sun was shining, it was warm no rain before, or for the week following. The next day I saw no results. The day after I saw no results. The day after that I reapplied the Roundup. The day after that I saw no results. Honestly if you told me that this was a fertilizer mixture I would believe you. Save your money, go onto youtube and find a video about using vinegar to kill weeds. At least when I use Vinegar I get results within a day or so and it costs me significantly less!

Can I use this to prevent growing of quack grass & weed on my rock bed backyard? I mean quack grass & weeds growing in between the rocks (gravel & stone slabs). I wanted to prevent the growth. Can I apply even there's no weed/grass yet? Before it shows up

You have to wait until it starts so you can kill it at the roots, but it is very effective!

Will this work on larger weed roots? I have some weeds coming up along my fence line that are comparable to trees (roots are 2-3 inches in diameter). If I cut them down and spray the exposed part of the weed will this product kill the remaining root?

Honestly. I didn’t find that it worked well on regular weeds. So I doubt it will work on big weeds.

Roundup Weed & Grass Killer is absorbed through the leaves and green stems of actively growing plants. Once absorbed, it's moved throughout the plant, down to the root.
