The Riverstone Industries Line of 4 ft wide commercial landscaping all weather ground covering rolls designed to offer easy to use, PROFESSIONALLY used and requested 3.2 oz. thick black woven polypropylene fabric with pot lines that are 12 inches apart for easy line-up. The material is designed to left water flow through the fabric while preventing weeds, rocks or animals from coming through. This fabric carries a 20 year warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading description I bought that online thinking it would come as a roll, like any other landscaping fabric on the market. What I received is a bunch of loose fabric in a box. It has been cut by hand, it's fraying and I don't even know if it's the proper length. It literally look like a retail of tarp bought off kijiji, but way more expensive. I am sure it would do the trick, but expect to receive a bunch of unidentified tarp in a box, not a brand new roll of landscaping fabric.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I used it for a french drain I used this for a french drain which I don't think is its advertised purpose. It is made of a very hearty material. It has not worked well for the drain. The soil as washed off the top and the material is exposed in areas. I have taken the hose to the exposed areas and noticed the water does not seep through easily and I think its not porus enough for the use I chose. I'm going to have to cut the top part of the wrap off my drain and put a cheaper fabric on the top to make it work. This material may be good for a ground cover but it did not work for my use.

This does allow water to go through. It will not allow weeds to grow through but we would recommend pulling them first before placing down the cloth.
