Rated 3 out of 5 by Firstno from Good But... While the rain collector looks like a smaller, sturdier version of a plastic garbage can, there was some assembly required when it arrived. Whomever designed the can and what needed to be assembled, didn't take into account that there may be someone by themselves who isn't 6 ft tall that may purchase their product. It was a massive pain to try and attach the spigot properly. If I tried to crawl inside the can, I had no one outside to keep the spigot from falling out of the hole while I was trying to attach/tighten the washer. My arms just weren't quite long enough to have one inside and one outside the can. I finally tried to brace the can against a wall, use my leg to try and hold the spigot in place and lean into the can to put the washer on. This is NOT a product for someone who doesn't have any one to help them put it together. I'm still not certain it's on there correctly, but we did have a little rain and nothing appears to have leaked out. I do love the screen set up and it looks like it should keep debris and most bugs out of the can. If it came pre-assembled, I would have given it a 4. However the amount of time and frustration in trying to put it together knocked it down to a 3. I need more use out of it (good summer rains) to see how well it holds up under the FL thunderstorms and using the spigot.
