Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Bin Ever I purchased several of these bins to use for rainwater collection. I'm impressed with their sturdiness even though they are light enough to handle with ease. Initially I was concerned that they would bulge from the pressure of being full of water but I haven't noticed any such thing. The carrying handles are strong and easy on your hands and the tipping grips on the bottom are also comfortable and easy to use. The lid is strong, fairly rigid and snaps on the container very tightly. It's not coming off without some dedicated effort. They nest nicely when empty for easy storage when not in use.

It's so heavy that the garbage truck left our garbage and tagged it "over weight" they came back and retrieved our garbage after we called the township and told them to take the bags out of the bin instead of lifting the bin....seems like a simple concept Yes they are heavy
