Can this be tinted to black?

can this be used on fabric ?

This chalk paint washes off with water. After applying this paint, it must be sealed to maintain and bring out the finish (wax or polyurethane top coat). Not sure how the paint is sealed if used on fabric.

Hello, Is there any need for a primer and a protective layer when using this paint?

Hi Yuna, For excellent coverage, use of a primer can be used on bare wood and treated wood. The use of a protective layer such as our Chalked Protective Topcoat is a personal choice. This topcoat enhances any Chalked Paint finish and adds protection to the surface.
