For the price of a replacement battery, I was able to get this starter kit which included extras. This drill shares the same battery as my compact driver. The carrying case fits both my compact driver and the drill that came in the set as well as the included extras. + there is still room for my other bits. I got this set on sale; but would be willing to pay regular price

High quality, great price and the shipping was very fast, it came about a week earlier than I expected. It comes in a storage bag with is also good quality. Overall if you’re looking for a starter kit of tool for around the house this is a great buy.

This little kit is compact enough for the apartment, condo or cottage and gives you the basics for simple repairs and basic maintenance needs. The drill is very good, however not as robust in construction as the stand alone product and you may need a couple of extra bits for those specialty projects. That being said for the price it is a great starter DIY Kit and would make a great gift to a son or daughter who is moving out into their first home away from home.

IS THIS DRILL BRUSHED OR BRUSHLESS.

I think it is brushed, but that is not an issue. Great power tool.

The clutch that adjusts the torque clicks in place when set to a position by rotating it, for every position except the 'Drill' position. When compared to the other positions,it is hard to even get the clutch to the drill position. Is this normal?
