Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for real worker wanting protection The "features" as described by Ryobi sounded very appealing but not a match in real life. The robust build, works against them being comfortable or staying in ones ear. Two obvious problems to start! The App is OUT of date, I discovered and I couldn't even register the product or use the App's supposed features. I found the ear plugs uncomfortable and cumbersome to fit and that was sitting still, non-functional in practical terms once I moved about. If this product were marked as unsupported and the list of features were amended at "Point of Sale", I'm not sure if I would have tried them but deceptive packaging REALLY gets my back up. I returned the product to the store. Thank You for a reasonable staff member at the customer service desk.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Below average Earphones. Got these on a wicked sale but I have to say, am a little disappointed in the sound quality (both the mic and earbuds). Mic sound pickup is low and muffled, even when put right in front of my mouth and the earbuds have basically 0 bass, even with a jacked up equalizer. Build quality of the actual earbuds seem ok, like they would last for a decent amount of time before you start losing sound. The rubber ear inserts aren't the greatest either, comfortable, but definitely some better designs out there in terms of fitment and sound cancelling. It gets a 2, just for sake of the color and aesthetics. Can make for a good backup set of earbuds, but I would never consider these to be my main set.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Product Ear buds are not ergonomic in anyway and always fall out of your ears. The sound quality is pretty junk, the mic is terrible and the phone app hardly does anything. Bad product, do not waste your money.

They do not fit well in the ear and make as deafening screeching sound if you accidentally plug the ear buds into your phone without properly "detecting" the product with the app. The app in not intuitive and outdated. DO NOT buy this product.
