Second one broke after just 4 uses 8 months after purchase. I like the product and the reason I bought it the 2nd time. Not willing to risk buying another one and breaking again. I called Customer Support. Hung up after 1.5hrs of waiting to speak to someone. Inconceivable.

Neighbor used it on his 4wheeler. He thought it was a great product. Fits directly on the end of the pressure washer wand. Basically another tip for the sprayer.

Does this product compatible for Ryobi pressure washer 1800 psi 1.2 gpm?

Can this work with any brand of pressure washer ? what is the connecting type?

Yes, it works with any type of pressure washer. Connecting type - I don't know how would you call this type of connection, but I have BE 4000 PSI Gas pressure washer and connection is very simple ( same quick connection that you use to connect spray nozzles) without any adapters, directly to the pressure washer gun extension.

What is a 4000 psi gas pressure washer going to do to it? Will it ruin it, as it doesn't call for that much pressure. I hadn't noticed psi before buying it.

Hi Matt, the RYOBI water Broom is capable with gas pressure washers up to 3,300 PSI. If you push more PSI through this accessory it will cause more strain on its components and eventually will break. We hope this information helps! Thanks RYOBI Canada.

I don’t like the idea of high pressure water up in the undercarriage, forcing water where it normally would get to.   Will this work with just a water hose to rinse the undercarriage as opposed to forcing water into crevices?

Yes, it does work. Actually, I do connect it to regular water hose and then to my outside water valve to clean underneath of my car after a winter season. I live in Canada and here we have salty roads during winter season.

Which is better for cleaning driveways and patios  the water broom or the surface cleaner

We found the Ryobi 11" water broom removed loose material from the driveway and would probably be sufficient if you cleaned more often than yearly. But to remove year(s) of build up and return our driveway and deck to "like new" we had to use the Ryobi 3300 15" surface cleaner. It did a great job.
