Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I have had the rug for over a month still trying to get all the wrinkles out. As I opened the rug and got to the middle. the rug had been folded, not rolled, over and over creating deep creases in the backing and front. I have spent the last almost 5 weeks doing everything recommended to remove the creases. Also did not realize until having rug down on the floor that part of the border pattern on one side is just missing. I am a senior and live alone so could not roll back up and take to post office to send back. For the price I paid this is very, very disappointing. Home Depot needs to 1. check how their products are prepared for delivery and 2. Make sure they are as described online. I will never order anything from HD again that Is not small enough that I can physically return to their nearest store myself. Expensive lesson to learn.
