I like the rug a lot and it goes well with my porch furnishings, which are various hues of aqua, however it looks quite different from the picture. I'm attaching a close up photo to give you a better idea. The color is more bluish aqua and there is no greenish color at all and the small fibers that run in the opposite direction of the blue is a silvery grey. I have a dog and I'm having some construction outside my house so it has been heavily used for the last two weeks and looks great. I have several outdoor rugs from Safavieh in various styles (I have two large decks and an enclosed porch) which have been outdoors summer and snow packed winters and they look as good as the day I purchased them, not much color fading and no damage even though they have been covered by up to 8 inches of snow over the last 3 years. I pick them up and hang them over railings to dry in the spring and they are good as new.

It took me a long time to choose an outdoor rug because I not only wanted a certain look, but I knew I would be placing the rug on top of gravel on my permanent RV site, outside of my Airstream trailer. So, it not only needed to be attractive but it couldn't be too thin such that the gravel caused holes. I have now had this rug long enough that I know it is going to stand up to wear very well, and it certainly looks very attractive topped with dark furniture and red cushions. When a replacement is eventually needed it will be with this rug.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Smaller than Advertised & Arrived Dirty The rug arrived well wrapped in paper & a plastic bag. Unfortunately it was dirty & felt greasy. It was folded up (not rolled) & had significant creases that didn't go away. It was 4 inches too small - it was supposed to be 9 ft x 12 ft but was actually 8 ft 8 inches x 11 ft 8 inches. We returned it. We previously bought 3 runners with the same pattern & color - they are fine, so we decided to get the bigger rug for our dining room.

We purchased a number of these rugs for our outdoor space - some of which is under shade, other areas partly in the sun. We like the look of the rugs, but they fade very fast anywhere they are exposed to sun - leaving areas that are almost totally lacking the original color. Although they are marketed as an outdoor rug, I would say they are not really suitable for outdoor use unless you plan on replacing them in a year.

The wind causes ruffles in the rug and the ends of the rug to flip over. We placed patio furniture in strategic locations and that has solved the wind issues. We would purchased it again.

This is a beautiful rug, vibrant colors w/o being to ‘busy’. We really love it on the uncovered portion of our patio and it’s weathering beautifully, even with our brutal summer heat here in Arizona.
