be careful with the material you use for your project. Non-Shrink Grout expands, with this in mind you need to make sure what ever product used that it doesn't expand to much that it fractures your block.

Can i grout steel steel post in existing concrete that had a 4"by4"fence post

It’s quite possible, yes you could. Based on the information provided and the directions are followed satisfactory results should be obtained. Mix and place as per to the fluid consistency directions on the package or our web site. : .. Flowable: This grout may be poured or pumped into place. Pour continuously with adequate head pressure or pump into place ensuring that all voids are completely filled. Formwork joints should be caulked with suitable material. Adequately vent high points to allow entrapped air to escape. make sure to brace firmly your steel post. Note : the post depth in the cavity, results and durability are based on what your working with and limited info provided. Good luck Hope this works.

Planning to use this as a drypack in a contained area to build support under a metal skid plate. Any preparations to consider underneath, like a moisture barrier? (wood subfloor). Also, what volume of would one bag fill; just the measurement of the bag?

Non-shrink grout requires water for it to set/cure properly, so it cannot be used as a dry-pack. Normally dry-packs have a greater ratio of sand:mortar mix. That being said, the grout is ideal for structural supports as it does what its named for, non-shrinking. If you're going to use the non-shrink grout, you're going to have to treat it like regular cement products and build a form to contain it as it sets. Hope this helps.

Can this product be used to repair cracks in a concrete laundry tub?

Non Shrink Grout isn’t a product we would generally suggest to fix cracks in a concrete laundry tub unless the cracks were very large. On the other hand, Sikadur Crack Fix would be a great solution for filling these cracks.
