"Brilliant LED Cooktop Lighting spreads light evenly over your entire cooktop" to be exact. However the unit that I received in March 2022 has halogen light bulbs. Samsung was not helpful at all in providing any information and simply said that the retailer has given the wrong information despite the fact the same product information is on their website as a highlighted feature. Attempted to contact Samsung via both phone and chat to get information...same result...poor service. Will be returning and purchasing another manufacturer.

Installation was easy but when the time came to plug in the microwave all went wrong. Microwave started running on its own as soon as you closed the door and could only be stopped by unplugging or opening the door. Great work Samsung. Brand new, out of the box product and completely defective. If you read back all positive reviews on this product have been from receiving product in a promotion. Save the hassle of returning and buy something else. Fingers crossed for better luck with the stove

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking Bought yesterday and installed in about 4 hours.Replaced an older Samsung of same size and everything was good except needed to redrill upper cabinet support bolt holes. Measured but was out by 1/8 inch. Went through back not upper vent direction. Perfect fit. Was the effort to get same product and dimensions. No user manual for control panel need to go to support and download the manual. Sounds easy but be prepared. Samsung you can do better for the user manual in the box. Very nice appliance otherwise. I’m 72 and installed myself, better you should have help.

The charcoal filter included does not fit this microwave. 2. The user manual appears to be for another microwave as well. It states to touch "clock" to enter the correct time. In reality you must press and hold "power level" to set the clock. 3. My settings must be accessed by pressing and holding "0" for 3 seconds then you get OP1-7 with no indication on the machine or the booklet what OP 1 or 7 is.

We bought this microwave approx 3-4 years ago, and it looked great, however the door wouldn't close anymore and then the handle fell off...I spent much less on a counter microwave that still works today after 10-11 years....not happy at all, don't buy it! Also, the Samsung logo on the front of the microwave fell off after a few months and have tried contacting the company but to no avail, I gave up:(

First thing I did was read operations for dishwasher and range. With microwave, it wasn’t even clear how to set the clock! I had to go online to find complete owner manual. Come on Samsung!!! Enclose it and help the customer out. Also, the sensitivity of the touch pad is questionable. We have to press very firmly to have it register...seems like a problem in the making.

You must select time, then press start. Every other microwave I have used, can be started at 100% power with one button! not this Samsung....very annoying. - The internal light is very dim, and you can barely see your food cooking in the window. - The touch pad is not sensitive, often, you have to double press to get the microwave to respond.

I took pictures and contacted Samsung for warranty and was denied, they claim it is physical damage. Do not buy Samsung products as they do do stand behind their cheaply made products. This is my last Samsung purchase

Is the KeyPad where you depress on the buttons or are they touch buttons (like a smartphone)? I'm asking because my mom is blind and need to stick some tactile thingies to she can find her way. It's easier to do if it is not touchscreen.

Your description shows this microwave as being 1,500W Input Power (to run) and 950W Output Power (to cook). The link to the manual shows 1,700W to run and 1,000W output. Which is it and if it is 1,700W to run, why does it use so much electricity?

On the top of the specifications table in the manual, you will see the Models end with either /AA or /AC.
