(first repair was on them 2nd & third on me because warranty expired) repaired 3 times still makes noise. Now Microwave not heating up, everything else works the way it is supposed to. Read the reviews I am not the only one with this micro wave problem after 1 year old. If you buy this you better take the extra warranty. It adds to the price but I am sure you will need it. Cheaper than buying a new one every year or so.

We chose this microwave as we liked the sleeked look . Then the microwave was like it became possessed and had a mind of its own.The fan would go on when no one near it or using it. the light or vent or both would go on, when you opened the microwave door. Touch the side of the inside of microwave and the vent would go on and start beeping when placing something inside microwave It would also self child proof lock. The control pad sometimes doesn’t work, no matter how gentle or hard we pressed. I read some of the reviews today on this microwave and seems its not isolated problem

Previous owner got this microwave (Aug 2019, manufactured March 2019) as an appliance package with stove, fridge, and dishwasher. They all are very nice looking, but we have had nothing but problems with the microwave since moving in. Back a few months ago after using it, it just shut off- no power...took it off the wall and replaced the fuse which seemed to work. Now this week while using it stopped heating food, but all other power works- just stopped heating...called a few appliance places and they think it sounds like the internal magnatron which would cost more to repair than it would to replace- ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! You would expect a $$$ appliance to last at least 10 years...would not recommend for sure!

However recently the microwave just stopped heating all together. We followed all of the guides on the site talking about checking for Demo mode and cleaning the door to make sure it had a good seal but it just does not heat anything. I have a Saumsung fridge, washer, and dryer and knock on wood those are still working well, this microwave only lasting a year is a huge disappointment and at the price point you have to wonder if getting repairs done is worth it.

We wanted something that was stainess steel to replace our existing black OTR microwave that came with our house. We loved that this one did not have a handle and is very sleek looking. It has a dark interior instead of a white one that would show all the spaghetti stains, another plus for us and has two lights underneath which have three settings and a vent fan with three settings. We have been using it for almost a month now and love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Random Beeping and numbers appear on display My microwave makes random beeping sounds, press start scrolls across the display, the number 7 appears, and then another 7 appears, just random items on the display. I’m no where near the microwave and nothing is in the microwave. I’ve unplugged it trying to get it to reset itself. Same issue. This started happening after it was a year old. Otherwise I love the microwave but I hate having to hit the stop button to clear the display. 10-15 minutes later it beeps and things scroll across the display. So frustrating!

More particularly, it was installed in mid-May of this year by a professional electrician. Today is July 20, and the vent fan started making a loud, vibrating sound. I turned it off then back on so I could take a video of its performance. While doing so it completely stopped working. I wanted to include the video but could not figure out how to do so.

For a mid model appliance you would expect it to last alot longer than this. The microwave never heated the food as well and takes longer than the other microwaves that's I've had in the past. Only kept it because it matched my other Samsung appliances which I now regret purchasing because the quality is not worth the money that was paid for these products.

I vented the microwave outside through the back wall but I can still feel some air vented upwards (recirculating back). Is this normal or have I not rotate the fans completely?

We have an issue as well with the vent. Whenever we put it on while cooking, it hardly get rid of the condensation.. it’s a good microwave otherwise.
