The last few days we checked the temperature in the frige and freezer. The frige is 50 degrees and the freezer is 34 degrees. We added three ice cube trays to provide more ice and they are still water 9 hours after inserting into the freezer. We adjusted both compartments to make them colder with no success. We will be calling the service dept. today. We picked this unit because it needed to fit under our kitchen cabinets. This is the forth frige I have purchased in 30 years. We aren't impressed...

There is ample freezer space as well which I was sorely lacking with my old refrigerator. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Been working great for the last couple months, let's hope it stays that way. There is one tiny flaw it has... each time I open the freezer drawer, one ice cube will fall behind the drawer, almost every time. You have to then fish around with a long spoon to get it back out, but since it's frozen it's not a big deal to sit there for a while.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strangest fridge I've had This refrigerator has issues & pluses. It does chill evenly & very well on recommended settings. We bought it since it's a space-saver, and like the bottom freezer. The odd ice maker made 1 ice cube per hour in the 1st 48. Day 3, and it produces a whopping 2 cubes per hour which drop loudly enough to wake the dogs. The french doors have a perfect seal, BUT the right hand door sits 1/4 inch lower than the left door. We don't know whether to laugh or cry. We can't recommend this model.

Fridge installed today and it is buzzing very loud. Is that normal for a new unit or is there a setting I should change? It is very noticeable can even hear while a medium radio is on. If anyone has any luck please let me know. Thanks, Adam

Asked by: adam0199
This type of sounds are normal to brand new units as you mentioned and on certain occasion, may take a couple of days. However, we always advise to check if the fridge is standing on the wheels or on the legs, since a fridge standing on the wheels would make a higher sound than standing on the legs with a rubber material to avoid vibration. You would be able to find the legs at the bottom front section on both corner and would just need to turn it counterclockwise to get them down. The tools required would just be a flat blade screw driver.

This looks like a great Fridge, but I have heard horror stories about the bottom crisper(s) not being able to be removed from the fridge and wasted space in the back of the crisper because it cannot be pulled out, due to the fridge doors - is that true?

Asked by: ShanniBee
I wouldn't call it a horror story, but it is true, the crispers are difficult, but not impossible to remove for cleaning. They are deep but by opening the doors wide the back can be accessed. The rest of the Fridge and Freezer are great!

Can the doors be removed? Our entrance door is 32" from jam to jam with the doors removed.

Asked by: Brent250

Shopping for new fridge with a limiting factor. My space is 33" and against a wall one side, so just 3" space on left. Will door need more add'l clearance to open? Will we be able to pull out drawers if door is only open 90 degrees or a tiny bit more?

Asked by: Bonnie
If door is only open 90 degrees, the door bin obstructs the drawer from being fully pulled out. This doesn’t mean the drawer cannot be used completely, as the drawer can still be pulled out about a half way. The door is meant to be open 140 degrees max, so if there’s 3” on the left, the door should be able to open more than 90 degrees to give more clearing for the drawer.
