Rated 1 out of 5 by from Samsung range This is the worst range I have ever bought..13 months and the finish is peeling off the stove and microwave.. I bought the black stainless.. the grate broke before 1yr so they replaced that and the lighter in oven.. Have had nothing but trouble with it.. paid almost $2000 for both, and they will not make it good.. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product!

Word to the wise, go see the product in person. Do not order on line without seeing the product. The way it is situated inside especially on the bottom, a days worth of dishes of all sizes and shapes do not all fit inside at once. I have to run the dishwasher sometimes twice a day. I did not have that problem at all with my last dishwasher. Very disappointed to say the least.

Not really a negative, but be warned that the burners get really hot lol (can you tell our old range was dying? :) ). We are finding it a bit difficult to find the right point on the knows to cook food but not burn it. Probably a good problem to have though!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from customer service, warranty as long as your appliance is under warranty samsung is great about fixing any issues. the problem is once your warranty is over they charge you for a technician visit and any parts needed. what if this is a manufacturer issue? i had a samsung tech come out and fix the ice maker of my fridge that was still under warranty. i mentioned the issue i was having with my stove; when on low the temp would quickly rise and when on high it would not heat up enough. he mentioned that had to be a problem in the motherboard, something behind the knobs like small switches that needed to be replaced. samsung will not correct the issue without charging me therefore once i replace my appliances i will not buy samsung again and will switch to its competitor. this is the model of my stove ne59j3420ss

I am trying to find out if the back of this stove is open at the bottom as my plug-in is close to the floor and sticks out a bit. Is there space at the bottome behind the drawer I guess is what I need to know. Thank you.
