Love how the dials light up blue when in use and also really like how you can set the timer and tell the stove to turn off after the timer ends, or keep cooking. The thermometer that plugs into the oven is also really great because you can set an alarm to go off once your food hits the desired internal temperature. I have twin toddlers at home, so the only thing I don't like, is that you can lock the stove door with the child lock, but you cannot set the child lock to lock the burner dials. Doesn't make much sense to me since the only thing my children go to touch, are the dials to turn the burners on, and not the oven door.

It takes a little while to get used to the various features, but once you get familiar toggling through the various features of the oven settings & adjusting the element knobs, this makes cooking with this range quite enjoyable. However, if you want keep this cooking range looking amazing, I HIGHLY recommend buying a specific glass top cleaner (Weiman Cook Top Cream Cleaner works awesome for me) and I clean it nightly so it is easy and quick, don't allow messes to bake on the glass top or your new glass cook top range will look like CRAP very quickly, and will be a nightmare to clean off.

So we decided to purchase this oven. We have been using it for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. Not only does it look amazing in our newly renovated kitchen, it cooks to perfection. The smart dial makes the oven look just that, smart. It makes using the oven easy and convenient. Syncing with SmartThings is a great option and allows us to know when the oven is preheated or almost done cooking just on case we step outside to play with our daughter. Overall, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I got this oven almost 2 years ago maybe i am late to write my review but I decide to give my experience with it!! this range is very bad one unfortunately I paid a lot of money and i had to buy because it was the covid time and nothing else was available and paid 5 years warranty for it, first of all not equal cooking one side is boiling and the other is not in the same circle and the fast boil never fast!! the nub built in very wrong angle anything splash landed in that nub and not easy to clean that area! then the oven one of the worst I used in my life nothing i bake succeeded its terrible ! I don’t recommended at all unfortunately very disappointed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not worth the extra we paid We purchased this range for a few reasons; we've had a Samsung range and loved it, we were looking for a slide-in with true convection and the air fryer to replace our counter air fryer unit. There were a few different ranges to choose from but we paid up a bit for this one. despite trying every suggestion we could find, the unit smokes us out when air frying anything, including fries (it's so bad that we don't use it). Otherwise, the selector nobs are easily turned on if you are working on the back elements, which has happened to both of us. If we didn't live almost 2 hours away from a Home Depot and didn't have to haul it back ourselves, I would return it. Sorry Samsung, not great value for the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings about this range This range has been in my house less than a week. I bought it because of the Consumer Reports rating on a similar model, and took a chance on a lower reliability rating because the performance ratings were so good. So, from our limited experience with it, I can say that it performs well. Cooktop heats up quickly and controls are responsive. Oven temperature is accurate and preheating is very fast. Air fry feature is nice and seems to work fine. Have yet to try all the features. However, I have come across some features that are less than optimal and could easily be improved to make this a 5* range. (1) The glass top scratched on the first day from just our normal use. I compare this to my previous glass top range that survived 11 years with no marks. The difference is that the previous one had a pattern applied to the surface that slightly raises the pan from the surface and protects the glass. It was ugly, but could be made better by matching the colour to the glass. This one seems to be bare glass, hence the easy scratches. (2) The stainless steel is wonderfully fingerprint "resistant", but every other surface is constantly smudged and needing constant wiping to keep it looking clean. (3) The knobs in front are very sensitive and easily activated by bumping against them or by curious little fingers. This is not a good model if you have small inquisitive children at home. (4) The lockout feature is, conceptually a good idea. The execution is less than optimal. It takes several steps to activate. and to release it just a simple 3 second press on one of the control surfaces. How difficult would it have been to use that same surface to toggle the lock feature? 3 seconds to lock, 3 seconds to release. (5) When the lock feature is activated, there is a message that pops up saying that the controls and door are locked. Not true. The door locks, and the touch-pad and central control knob are deactivated, but the surface element controls are still live. See (3) above. How about including a relay in the locking circuit that cuts power to the elements when the lock is activated? (6) Controlling remotely through the app is a bit flaky. The app monitors things nicely, but remote control needs to be activated separately, and this feature seems to time out, needing a trip to the kitchen to re-activate it. And, if you're already there, may as well set things through the buttons and knobs. Also, this was advertised as compatible with Alexa, but even though I have enabled the SmartThings skill, I cannot find out how to get Alexa to do anything with this range. I have no issues with the features and performance of this range. My rating for design was downgraded because of the issues listed above. My rating for value was downgraded because even though the range seems to perform well, daily reminders of the shortfalls make me unhappy. If any friend asked about this range when shopping, I would certainly talk about the good things, but could not, with a clear conscience, recommend a purchase, given the items listed above.

Unfortunately it only worked for two weeks and complety stoped working. NO heat to any of the burners and no heat to the oven. Called customer service. Someone is supose to call us back and we still haven't heard a response.

Our countertops are 36". Is this stove supposed to sit higher than the countertop at 36.75 height?

Are the sides finished or unfinished? Our kitchen is small so the oven sits on the end of the counter, so the one side is exposed. Thanks!
