3M Safety-Walk Tapes and Treads are designed to provide traction on slippery surfaces where potential slips and falls can occur or where safety may be a concern. These easy-to-use strips are ideal for the bathtub, shower, locker room, around a pool and other areas with slippery, wet conditions that are not continuously submerged in water. 3M Safety Walk Wet Environment tape is fine-textured for enhanced safety and comfort in light and wet-traffic areas.
RedGard Seam Tape is a membrane fabric that is used for the seams between RedGard mat installations. RedGard Mat is designed differently than bonded membranes, with a sacrificial layer of fleece reinforced fabric that shears away or uncouples, when exposed to excessive substrate movement, absorbing stress and preserving the surface and integrity of the tile. RedGard Mat's bonding layers have reinforced fleece which locks mortar into the mat, ensuring strong, reliable installations.
An extra thick layer of premium adhesive gives this tape the stronger, quicker grab needed to seam deep-ribbed and coarse-backed carpets. It is designed for all types of commercial installations. It is low smoke and odourless and uses an environmentally safe hot melt adhesive.
This indoor carpet tape is recommended for use on vinyl, ceramic and hardwood floors. NOTE: This tape is not appropriate for outdoor use or for securing rugs over carpets.
