Rated 5 out of 5 by from I started applying this 3 weeks ago, it is amazing, follow the instructions, which are easy, and maintain watering regularly per instruction, growth is 2 1/2 ins already , some patches I did later but grass already sprouting , wish I had seen this product earlier in the season , would highly recommend.

I've always been very happy with it and noticed significant improvement in our lawn

It says it will grow anywhere except my lawn of course. I followed the directions to the letter. And still the grass did not grow. I gave it one star because some grass did grow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product: My Directions Bought this about a week ago and starting to see good germination. Watering: 7:30am, 12:00, 4:00pm, 7:30pm if needed, 9:30pm. Lots of water done by hand to ensure needed areas get the most and less wasted water. First two days were closer to 2 hour intervals. FYI, so long as the water does not pool, you pretty much cannot overwater; lots of water! Outdoor Temps ranged from 15c in the morning to 32c in the afternoon; no rain. Planted area was high shade. If it failed for you... you did not water enough.

What is the best time to apply this?

Can this seed be used to start a new lawn that is part shade part sun in a high traffic area? Is it recommended to still put mulch over top of the seed?

Hi My lawn has patches of grass and yellow grass. Where the grass is green it looks it has no grass as it very thin or very few.3in1 product would be helpful and with it would I need extra soil or only needs to be spread evenly Which product good for weed
