Rated 3 out of 5 by from it was easy to assemble. It was not as... it was easy to assemble. It was not as pwerful as expected. It took over 3 hours to charge the battery. Considering the price, it is still a handy tool for light trimming job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great for grass in between shrubs and bushes that... Works great for grass in between shrubs and bushes that can't be reached with a lawn mower. It even works great on small branches. I like to cut briar with it because you can move the vines with one swoop as you cut making a pile for easy pick-up.

I did a lot of research, there were negative comments about most small trimmers, mainly short battery life and not being able to cut through thicker branches. But this little guy was awesome! My husband easily trimmed our two 6ft cypress trees and half a dozen laurel shrubs, as well as several small hollies. The battery kept going and going... Probably about 40 mins. Amazing for such a small battery. The other winner is the adjustable handle. My husband has some arthritis in his hand and wrist. He was able to find the right angle that worked for him and the safety and start buttons were easy to hold down together. And did I mention lightweight!!!

Have only used it a couple of times with the grass clipper, not the hedge clipper but works well so far. Easy to put attachment on. Hopefully it will have some staying power.

My wife wanted this to trim and prune some flowers and small shrubs but they just didn't have the cutting power to do much of anything. Even on relatively small diameter branches it was not capable of cutting it complete thru. The grass trimmer component seemed to work OK, but that wasn't the reasons we ordered it.
