Rated 5 out of 5 by from Please fix your app!! All I can say is the service is a little better that the last time with curb side pickup. But your pro extra and app are atrocious!! I know I’m wasting my time writing this but I just needed to get it out!! You’d thing in these times and day and age, you’d improve it. Email receipt with only the part number no description just to start with. So went I go in to actually print off the receipt on pro extra I can print one and then every time doesn’t mater What computer or phone I log in with I get update fail please try again. It won’t let me print another until I close everything and log back in!! Instead of working on stuff like this, get your app working properly!! Why can’t you put a job name in under pro extra???? But you can at the cash register??? I know this falls on deaf ears. This little thing your doing here is just another test of patients!! Please fix your app and DON’T worry about a story on a stupid 90 degree elbow!! If it doesn’t work I’ll return it!! Work on what’s needed!!!! LOL. This won’t even let me add a photo!! Wow!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great system! This system is fantastic. Super easy to use, and works very well. No special tools, and the connections are rock solid. I was skeptical to start with, but I am a believer now.

How much do you have to cut the pipe you will be servicing for this to fit properly and how far does the pipe slip into the tee?

Asked by: umchong2
As per Sharkbite, the pipe insertion amount for 1/2 fittings is 15/16" or almost one inch. You'd have to cut accordingly to make this fit. They have another Tee fitting with a 'slip' end which would make the installation much easier.
