I couldn’t push all the way down to the marked point per specs. I didn’t have room to hold cpvc firmly. Apparently no leaks so far. Will it work long?

Asked by: Ammad
Doubt it, these are great devices, but are built to close tolerances, and must be installed exactly to specs.

My value is too close to the toilet for a valve with a handle that turns 360 degrees to work. A quarter turn would work if it turned to the left looking from the handle end. Can I take off the handle and rotate it 180 degrees?
Asked by: Chester
You don’t need to take off to rotate, it should just spin though that may cause a problem with your supply line being the wrong length.

Is it OK to install this inside a covered patio?
Asked by: dmitri
Dont see why not but with any outdoor plumbing freezing could be an issue in cold climates if so a separate inside shutoff might be appropriate. You dont want water left in pipes in freezing temps though if youre using pex its a bit more able to tolerate freezing without damage.

I need to adapt a 5/8" male compression fitting to a PEX line and then up to 3/4" pipe thread. Can you help?
Asked by: frustrated1
Your going to have to get a 5/8 stub into your compression fitting then add a 5/8×3/4 adapter, then a 3/4 stub. Other end 3/4 female(thread) to 3/4 sweat adapter. Sweat both ends with 3/4 stub then you can use 2 pex couplers and your pex piping.

What attaches to the to with the nut? I want to attach this to my jacuzzi tub but am unsure how to.

Asked by: Griffin
You can remove the nut and ferrule ( the brass thing under the nut) and attach a 3/8 flexible supply line.
