Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not great for rain. Perhaps I did not buy this product for it's intended use. I bought this for a temporary patio cover until we get our actual patio cover built. Putting it up was quite easy. Two of us did it in about 15 minutes as advertised. However, when it came to rain, water just puddled up on the canopy to the point that the frame broke and the legs bent. It is probably a great product for shade, but it is terrible for any kind of weather.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Canopy Failure We purchased this canopy to cover part of our pool to provide shade. During installation, we noticed that it already had 2 tears. After being exposed to the sun for several weeks it began to discolor and the fabric became brittle. We had a few breezes that caused more tears in the brittle material. We realized that if we took it down, we would have caused it to rip even more. After our first dust storm, it was in shreds. This canopy was purchased at the end of March, assembled at the beginning of June, and by the end of July was totally in shreds. It is not a good value.

I like the design of the canopy; However, due to it's size (10' by 15'), it did require four persons to properly expand the metal frame to it'e full size. I am disappointed in the manufacturer's quality control processes as the unit has two missing components - A plastic insert at the base of one on the two top support rods. One of the metal balls is missing in the extension base leg of the unit; The metal clip used to hold it in place was included but not in the proper position.

While trying to open the canopy, without everything giving it there all, it was difficult to get into full lock, but once up I was very satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice big shade tent We set up the tent with 2 people and had a hard time at first with it being new and stiff. We spayed it with wd40 and the legs and top arms clicked right in after that. It goes up just like a regular easy up but bigger. The white top is of pretty good quality. It has vents at the top so if a wind does come up it is less likely for it to take off. We do stake all our easy ups when we use them since we live in an area where the wind picks up in the afternoons. It is not a long term use easy up for a car port but none of them are. We use it about 5 times per year for about 8 hours each time. The bag that it comes in is pretty good quality as well. Has wheels on the bottom of one end. It is pretty heavy due to the size of it.

Because of the weight the top ripped where it was hooked to the frame...and when I emailed the company that made it they didnt return my email, Im out all this money for a tent that ripped the first day,and cant get a replacement top for it anywhere

Is this product just for sun protection providing shade? Or is it water proof (not water resistant where water can spritz through when the rain hits?

How do I anchor it into the ground?

For temporary anchoring of canopy on grass, dirt or packed soil, insert temporary spike anchors through corner feet. For more accurate installation guide it is recommended to read the installation guide under info & guides.

Can you buy a wall panel as an accessory to this tent?

I purchased some side panels directly from the manufacturer online Shelter Logic is very good about giving you the complete package if you cannot get it anywhere else. Replacement tops are available too. I purchased it right away because they seem to get expensive when they're scarce. I have a white top for formal parties and a rust colored top for summer months. I own two of these. It is a win win for the price.
