Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not made for direct sunlight After only 1-1/2 years of use the cover on my shed is deteriorating. Rips are starting to show and just touching the fabric on top it is turning to dust. I live halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles so the climate is pretty darn mild and while it is out in the sun a lot, where else is it supposed to go! I talked to Shelter Logic and they said that life expectancy for their "economy" grade shelters is only 1-3 years. But I don't remember ever reading that before buying it and I probably wouldn't have bought it had I known that it was only going to last a couple of seasons. What a waste of plastic and metal. I don't recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty replacement cover -GRRRReat! This is in MN. 2 weeks after installing a replacement heavy duty cover , a 60-80 mph windstorm knocked over a willow tree directly on the fabric shed. When the neighbors called I expected the worst. The cover did not rip and the frame work maintained is shape. The tractor was driven out and used to lift the tree off the shed after some initial trimming to eliminate some of the weight of branches and trunk. I again stretched the cover and checked the anchors on the frame work. What a product! I was told the heavy duty cover would stretch and be much stronger. It certainly is. I expect no problems from the snow load in the winters to come.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy!!! I would have given this product 0 stars if that was an option. 1st Issue - Missing all the pre-fab holes for all the corner pieces. This makes it kinda difficult to put bolts through the metal tubes without a hole. I would have drilled them myself but I'm unsure exactly where they needed to be drilled. 2nd Issue - Missing pieces (Part # 03032). Also, the genious who wrote the parts list on the instructions left out this part. However, the instructions call for this part to be used. I had to look up what part this was and go to my local hardware store to buy the extra bolts. I was excited when I received this as the cover look thick and sturdy for the weather in the Northwest. However, the parts are terribly manufactured, missing pieces and the instructions are calling for parts that aren't there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shelter Logic Shed Review I had already purchased my first Shelter Logic Shed last year and decided to purchase a 2nd this year. The first has lasted quite well through all the snow and rain we had last winter. There is a little condensation on the underside of the roof during warm weather-cover anything that you think should not get damp. One problem both times: The first shed had incorrect side supports included. The second shed had connector pieces with rust inside of them. It looked like a return had been done at Home Depot, and the return wasn't checked out thoroughly. In both cases, I contacted Shelter Logic, and they shipped new replacement parts at no cost. So, my rating for them would be a A grade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding product! I am using this over my bulkhead to create an entryway and it does an excellent job! I am so happy because for years I've tried to get the carpenter in my family to build something for me but no luck. The product is made of strong, sturdy material, I put it together with my friend and it is the perfect fit, size and gets the job done. Now my tenant has shelter from the elements when entering and exiting her basement studio apartment. It adds such a finished look and an element of privacy and is charming actually with the motion sensor light I was able to include in the space. It is the perfect size for a standard bulkhead. My carpenter is off the hook permanently! I would recommend this over and over again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Redefines Temporary Shed, Still going after 6 year I wrote this letter on February 28, 2014 "As I stated on the phone I simply wanted to share my story of a “Shed-in-a-box” that I purchased approximately 4 years ago. It was purchased as a “temporary” expedient until I could build a permanent shed. Well, after 4 years of ice, snow, wind, heavy rain storms and the sun of a southern Indiana summer, it just keeps hanging in there. It has endured two different tears from falling branches that were duct taped over 2 years ago. In other words this product redefines the term, temporary. I do plan on retiring the shed this spring, but instead of buying a more permanent structure, I plan on buying another Shelter Logic shed (maybe bigger). “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. My thanks for a quality product that far exceeds all my expectations. This shed’s longevity, and my desire to replace it with the very same product, is a testament to the quality Shelter Logic builds into their products. " That was 2 1/2 years ago. I haven't retired this yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One tough shelter I bought this to replace one I had for 4 or 5 yrs and lost in hurricane IRMA The original cover on it was wearing thin so I replace the cover about three months ago. That shed was dancing and rippling all over the place when IRMA hit. I think it would have survived the hurricane if I had closed the front but when the wind came around from the north directly into the opening it blew up like a parachute and ripped the anchors right out of the ground. It came down in a field a block away damaging the frame in the crash landing but the cover and structure held up to 125 mph wind until the anchors let go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile ! This may seem a little unusual, but I converted my unit into a humidity controlled spray booth for finishing guitars with waterborne lacquer. My finish requires 45% to 60% relative humidity for application, and typically here in New Mexico, I see less than 30% RH. I put a humidifier in the shed, and cut a hole for an exhaust fan. Sure, it voids my warranty, but worth it ! This shed/booth sits in my garage, is well built and sturdy, and I would not hesitate to use as a storage unit outside, even with the high winds we get here. The anchors are solid.
