This did not take too long to configure and install. You don't have to be a tech shavvy person. As far as you can read the manual, it can be done. So this can be your independent security center for your house and I can watch my kids in their gameroom. (or living room if you choose so) This is little too basic sets to cover a whole house, but certainly it will cover major areas. Video little break on my cell phone when I was on 4G but I think it is more likely my phone's issue. This is simple yet add peace of mind on your smart phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Papawjeff from Simple Installation and setup. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup and Installation were very simple for the system. The door sensors are battery powered and the main unit and camera both are powered by AC with a 12v powers supply. (communication between all devices is WIFI). The main unit has a 10 hour battery backup so the alarms will function during a power outage, but not the camera and it will not be online. There are apps for android and iPhone and additional door/window sensors can be purchased and added to your system.
