Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I have had the 48V cordless Snowjoe for two weeks now and I love it. I can clean my 3 car driveway in 10 minutes (depending on snow amounts). So far this winter has not had huge snowfall amounts however, I use to shovel, I am use to going out to clean the drive way at every 5cm to 10cm of snowfall. So far very happy with it. Also a plus is I can hang it up on my garage wall by the wheel axle, saving on scarce floor space. Great for city homes!!

When I reached out about a warranty claim, they did not have the simple parts to fix it and asked me to return the unit BEFORE I received the new unit. I escalated my request within the Snow Joe organization and my request was ignored. I regret buying this unit.

With a few cm of snow, it works just fine. Throws a decent distance, not too far thus the neighbour won’t complain and keeps the stream controlled

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I bought this from someone else I wonder if the warranty is covered still on a second buyer , it is quiet but it performed how I thought it would good in powder snow but if you are doing heavy snow you can only do 1/4 of the width of the blade it’s to much on the machine to do a full width. And I can only charge one battery at a time if I do both the charger gets hot . But for me at the cost I paid it’s good for me because I have limitations so it works good I keep it in the house because not sure how the cold air would effect it it was brand new in the box the shoot was had a crack but I was able to fix it . I am happy I have it sure easy on the shoulders and back but it would be great if you can get additional batteries so you can finish the job otherwise you have to wait two hrs for a full charge . Can you even get additional batteries for this Snowjoe Kelowna BC weather can get cold at times R S from Kelowna

We contacted the manufacturer and they said they would replace the unit under warranty, but it never arrived and they have responded to any email enquires about it. Absolute garbage product - not recommended.

what is the running time per battery

You use both batteries at once and I do my front and back walks and a 2 car parking pad (20 x 14) as well as the front city sidewalk about 75 feet long. All said maybe 1 hour

Hi I have seen videos of this unit in operation. When using the one I bought there is a layer of compact snow left on the driveway after using the unit. Is there anything missing in the unit that I should be aware of? Thanks RM1234
