No call back when number was left? Ended up dealing directly with the gazebo company itself to get the parts. This is the second time this has happened with a large purchase and will be our last time using any Home Depot services. The worst customer service i have ever encountered

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this gazebo! Love this gazebo! Price was right. Zero water leakage. I was really worried about that based on what other people had posted. Just the right amount of light comes through the roof. The wall curtains are good quality, however the screens are rather thin in comparison to others that I’ve seen. Only real complaint is the 2 curtains/screen hooks don’t stay in the 2 post holes very well. Not a huge issue, but the walls do blow out in a wind/rain storm.

However, our instruction manual was missing three pages and the Sojag website was glitchy so we couldn't download the full instructions (assembled on the weekend and so customer service was also closed). We had to figure it out on our own watching Youtube videos. Took much longer than it should have.

This looks like it doesn't have sliding roof panels. Is it breezy or does it trap warm air?

I am confused: the detail on this item on the Home Depot site says that it includes the mosquito netting AND the privacy panels. The manual says these are optional items. Which is correct?

Has anyone installed this in Calgary? Wondering how the roof handled the snow fall and extreme weather.

Had no issues in winter in Brandon Mb. However we did not receive a lot of snow over this past winter. We also have a 10 x 10 gazebo of same construction and in past winters have removed snow with a snow rake. Again have had no issues.
