Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sun shelter/gazebo! We love our new sun shelter! I was worried it would not be sturdy enough, especially in the wind. So far its been great! Very sturdy, and we’re not worried about it ripping with the wind. Important to anchor it well to the ground however. We decided not to put the sun shade curtains, but we did put the mosquito nets which are a life saver with all the mosquitoes we have. Its quite a job to put together (2 people) but that’s because its made very sturdy. Would definitely recommend this. We only had ours for 3 months, but had not issues so far. We plan to leave the structure in place for the winter, but remove all the fabric in early fall. We got the grey one, and it looks great!!! Very nice addition to our patio.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Roma 10x10 Sun shelter Canopy top would not fit without modification of the roof structure. (the bars were too long and the canopy top had no stretch)The canvas is of poor quality, if we get a year out of it I would be surprised. I have had 3 different canopies in the past, all better quality and instructions.

The thing is awful. 1) it leaks at the seams on the top and with the rain we had the last few days my cushions inside became water logged. They might be ruined on my brand new, very expensive conversation set. 2) water pools on the roof with even the slightest rain, causes that to leak and also for water to overflow and pour in though the eyelets on the roof right where the water pools 3) the velcro tie backs on the screen and solid panels ripped with the slightest bit of wind leaving holes in the screen and preventing you from being able to fasten the screen to the pole. 4) the customer service is awful. 5) it's faded so quickly to a really washed out grey. Do not buy this. Don't buy it. Don't.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adds an extra room to your house! The gazebo is attractive and made with excellent materials. It takes patience to assemble and eventually two people to square it up and secure it. It doesn't come with all the hardware needed to screw it down properly(safely) so I recommend purchasing washers to screw it down with at each corner. Sadly it has no weighted bottoms on the screens and the company had no suggestions for solutions. That, in my books is it's only flaw. The cloth sides are brilliant for shade, rain & wind protection and privacy and the velcro tie backs make securing it to the corners easy and attractive.

Can anyone advise on cleaning the canopy and panels? Sojag could not answer this.

Hello, we suggest to wash with a soft soap and hang for drying. They cannot go in a washing machine unfortunately
